What We Do

Whether the water damage occurred today or years ago, we assist in determining the cause, solution, potential impact on occupants, and how to properly address the damage.

We first complete site assessment with testing to understand the source of the problem and the extent of the damages and potential impact on occupants. We then communicate our findings with the client through conversations, emails, and a detailed report. If cleaning or repairs are required, we can communicate with the appropriate professionals and overview their work to ensure our recommendations are properly completed. If necessary, we also assess the site following the completed work to document site conditions.

How We Do It

We use specialized tools to aid our visual/sensory assessments. First, we use moisture meters and thermal imaging cameras to determine the current areas of moisture. Next, we use either a microscope or other tools to determine which surfaces are supporting fungal or bacterial debris to what extent. Air and dust samples are collected and analyzed to determine the level of microbial debris being released into the air and onto other surfaces. These tools allow for immediate, on-site results with low or no testing costs. Other firms must charge for each sample and must wait days for laboratory results. We bring the lab to you!
