Knowing the cause and duration of a water loss is typically critical when determining if the loss is coverable by insurance. Our senior microbiologist has extensive experience with determining cause and duration of water losses.

What We Do

First, the cause of the loss is determined, typically by drawing on visible clues and past experience. Second, the approximate duration of the loss is determined by microscopic evidence, such as the level of decay of wood or growth pattern of mold.

A report of our observations, explanations, and conclusions are provided in an easy to understand report. Our staff is then available to field questions and provide verbal explanations.
